Its a sunny day outside so what better thing to do as to stay in and worry about multiple duplicates of all my files on different storage devices.
Also why not write a blog post about it.
The reason why this even came up is the fact that I plugged my old NAS to prepare it so I can use is a s an off site backup.
Of course there is still data on it.
But is all the data already on other devices or did I just find a data grave?
Will my duplicate finding software be able to compare across two NAS and a computer?
I just started the scan process and I wonder how long it will take.
